Our commitments to ethical, transparent, and responsible supply chain practices
VETPL is committed to maintaining ethical and sustainable supply chain practices. All suppliers and vendors engaged by VETPL are required to adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct, which establishes minimum standards for business ethics, labour practices, environmental responsibility, and data security.
All suppliers must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws, including labour, environmental, and data protection regulations.
We require fair wages, safe working conditions, no child labour, and freedom of association for all workers in our supply chain.
Suppliers are encouraged to adopt environmentally sustainable practices and minimise waste, emissions, and resource consumption.
Suppliers who handle VETPL or client data must maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, or unethical business practices. All supplier transactions must be transparent and properly documented.
We respect and support internationally recognised human rights and expect our suppliers to do the same throughout their operations.
New suppliers undergo a qualification process that includes review of company registration documents, financial stability assessment, reference checks, security and compliance questionnaire, and agreement to our Supplier Code of Conduct. Existing suppliers are reviewed annually.
If you are a supplier or have knowledge of supply chain practices that may violate our Supplier Code of Conduct, please report concerns to our ethics hotline at suppliers@vetpl.in. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly.
