Customer Return Policy

Our refund and return policy for software subscriptions and services

Please Note: As VETPL provides software products and professional services, our return policy is designed specifically for digital and service-based offerings.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all VETPL software subscriptions, one-time licences, implementation services, and support contracts purchased directly from VETPL or through authorised resellers.

2. Subscription Cancellations

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current billing period after cancellation. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 30 days of the subscription start date for a full refund, less any one-time setup or implementation fees incurred.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:\n• Service was not delivered as per the agreed scope of work\n• Critical technical failures that VETPL was unable to resolve within 15 business days\n• Duplicate charges due to billing errors\n\nRefunds are not applicable for: change of mind, inability to use the software due to client-side technical limitations, or services already rendered.

4. Custom Development Projects

Custom development projects are governed by the project-specific Statement of Work (SOW). Refunds for custom projects are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the milestone-based payment terms in the SOW. Work completed up to the point of cancellation is billable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at billing@vetpl.in with your invoice number, account details, and reason for the request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

7. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate to our senior management team at escalations@vetpl.in. We are committed to fair resolution of all disputes.
